Speaker Team

<Team description>

• Speaker team creates the main event theme and serves as a liaison between the TEDxWasedaU team and guest speakers.

• Our job is to invite guest speakers and provide training to ensure they are prepared for their talks. We give any support that they need to provide them with a professional TEDx experience.

• We translate and transcribe our speaker’s speeches for the audience. 

<Requirements>

• Essential:

  • The ability to keep up with deadlines and undertake tasks in a professional manner 

  • Proficient writing and oratory skills in English and/or Japanese

• Preferred skills/interest:

  • Public speaking

  • Event management or working in team settings

  • Working as a leader and/or taking initiative

スピーカーチーム

<チーム概要>

• スピーカーチームは、イベントのメインテーマを創り上げ、TEDxWasedaUチームとゲストスピーカーとの連絡役を務めます。

• 私たちの主な仕事内容は、ゲストスピーカーを招待し、彼らが講演の準備をするためのトレーニングを提供することです。また、ゲストスピーカーにTEDxWasedaUでの最高なエクスピリエンスを提供するために必要なサポートを行います。

• ゲストスピーカーのスピーチを翻訳し、字幕を作成します。

<応募要件>

• 必須条件

  • 締め切りを守り、プロフェッショナルな方法でタスクを遂行する能力

  • 英語及び/又は日本語でのライティングと口頭でのコミュニケーション能力

• 満たすとよりよい条件

  • パブリックスピーキングスキル

  • イベント運営やチームでの仕事

  • リーダーシップ及び自発性

Marketing Team

<Team description>

• Marketing team creates online & offline event promotion strategies. We also regularly release creative and original contents to increase the brand awareness of TEDxWasedaU. 

• Digital marketing with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok in English and Japanese.

• Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns with data and strive for more reach.

<Requirements>

• Essential: 

  • Passion in marketing

  • Have a range of skills in marketing and know-hows to engage with our target audience

  • Creativity and willingness to bring new insights to the team

  • Ability to commit at least 2 hrs a week to TEDxWasedaU

  • Basic fluency in Japanese (at least the ability to read/translate)

• Preferred skills/interest: 

  • Experience in copywriting

  • Experience in data analysis

  • Knowledge and skill for video editing and designing 

  • Native-level Japanese

マーケティングチーム

＜チーム概要＞

• マーケティングチームでは、イベントのオンラインとオフラインでの宣伝戦略を考え、TEDxWasedaUの認知度を高めるために定期的にオリジナルコンテンツの配信をしています。

• Instagram、Facebook、TikTok、Twitterの特性を生かしたデジタルマーケティングを日英二か国語で行います。

• 各キャンペーンの効果をデータ分析し、より広い宣伝効果を目指します。

• 必要条件

  • マーケティングへのパッション

  • マーケティングに関する様々なスキルを持ち、ターゲットとするユーザーに働きかける方法を知っていること

  • 創造性と積極性をもってチームに貢献できること

  • 最低週２時間程度TEDxWasedaUに貢献できること

  • 日本語能力（最低限、読み／翻訳ができることが望ましい）

• 満たすとよりよい条件

  • 日本語が流暢に話せる（翻訳ができる程度）

  • キャンペーン実行の経験

  • データ分析の経験

  • 動画編集、写真編集の知識と経験

Finance Team

<Team description>

• Finance team works with and finds new sponsors to make our conference a reality.

  We offer you the ability to learn about TED, the business world, and interact with leaders across industries. Working with us, you will gain valuable skills and connections which will help you in constructing your career.

 <Requirements>

• Familiar with and passionate about TED

• Decent oral and written skills in Japanese and some English language background

• Willing and able to learn new skills

• Strong leadership skills and enthusiasm
  

ファイナンスチーム

＜チーム概要＞

• ファイナンスチームはTEDxWasedaUに協賛してくださるスポンサー企業を確保、維持し、協賛企業の皆様とパートナーとしてイベント成功に向けて尽力しています。また、予算の管理なども行っています。

  ファイナンスチームではTEDやビジネスの世界を身を持って学ぶことができます。多様な産業の方々と交流し、様々な場面で役立つ貴重な対人スキルやコネクションを得ることができます。

• 日本語での会話・文章能力に長けており、英語でのコミュニケーションの経験のある方

• 新しいスキルを積極的に学びたいと思える

Design Team

<Team Description>

• We curate the aesthetic of TEDxWasedaU on our website, social media, and promotional material throughout the year. 

• We also craft the visuals of the main event, including the video we premiere on the day of the event (in case it is online).

<Requirements>

• Essential:

  • An eye for design and basic knowledge of producing media

  • An ability to produce media that meets deadlines and our standards of quality

  • A willingness to learn new skills as needed

  • Be committed to the team and understand the value of cooperation by being respectful and responsible 

• Preferred skills/interest:

  • Proficiency with video editing and animation, making graphics and layouts for publications. (Adobe software suite highly appreciated)

  • Applying with a working portfolio isn’t a requirement but it certainly helps!

デザインチーム

＜チーム概要＞

• デザインチームでは、TEDxWasedaUの顔となるメインビジュアルを作ります。ウェブサイト、SNS、プロモーションのためのビジュアルをデザインしています。

• メインイベントをプレミア公開するたの動画を作成します（オンラインイベント開催の場合）。

• 必要条件

  • デザインとメディアの基本的なスキルと知識

  • 期限を守って制作することができる

  • 積極的に新しいスキルを学ぶことができる

  • チームに貢献し、尊敬と責任感をもって協力することの大切さを理解すること

• 満たすとよりよい条件

  • 動画編集、アニメーション、グラフィック、レイアウト、デザインソフトウェアに熟達している

  • ポートフォリオの提出は必須条件ではありませんが、選考の判断基準として採用しています。
